     Pursuant to Regulation FD, information is being attached as exhibits to this Current Report with respect to a presentation to be made by Richard L. Gelfond and Bradley J. Wechsler, the Company’s Co-Chief Executive Officers on the Q3 2006 IMAX Corporation Earnings Conference Call and Live Webcast, on November 9, 2006. This presentation will include an overview of the Company’s transition to a digital IMAX system and the acceleration of the Company’s joint venture investment strategy.
