On June 26, 2007 The Bear Stearns Companies Inc. announced the updated status of the secured financing it had offered to provide the High-Grade Structured Credit Fund (High-Grade Fund), a hedge fund managed by Bear Stearns Asset Management (BSAM). A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99 to this Form 8-K and by this reference incorporated herein and made a part hereof.

 

This information shall be considered "filed" for purposes of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
