On October 1, 2020, Publix Super Markets, Inc. announced its Board of Directors
declared a quarterly dividend of $0.32 per share, payable November 2, 2020 to stockholders of record as of the close of business October 15, 2020. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
