On March 30, 2020, Greenlane Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial position as of December 31, 2019, results of operations for the three months and year ended December 31, 2019 and other related information. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
