Item 7.01	Regulation FD Disclosure.

On July 7, 2020, STAAR Surgical Company issued a press release announcing receipt of CE Mark approval of the presbyopic indication for its EVO+ Visian® ICL with Aspheric (EDOF) Optic, commercially marketed as “EVO Viva”, from its European Notified Body, DEKRA. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report and is incorporated herein by this reference.
