Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
Effective January
3, 2020, Delek US Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that members of management will participate in the Mizuho Securities Virtual Refining Conference on Monday, January 6, 2020 ("Mizuho Conference") and the Goldman Sachs Global Energy Conference on January 7-8, 2020 in Miami, Florida ("Goldman Sachs Conference") and will begin using the materials included in Exhibit 99.1 to this report (the “Investor Presentation”) in connection with the Mizuho Conference and the Goldman Sachs Conference. The Investor Presentation is incorporated into this Item 7.01 by this reference and will also be available on the Company's website
at www.delekus.com. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.2 hereto.
