The management of Capital Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) worked diligently to prepare and timely file its first quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2018 (the “10-Q”), but the
Company encountered difficulties in completing the accounting and reporting for certain disclosures and could not complete the 10-Q by the November 14, 2018 deadline without unreasonable expense and effort. In accordance with the deadline extension of Rule 12b-25 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, the Company filed its 10-Q on November 15, 2018.
