5.02.Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On April 10, 2024, Eric Althofer provided written notice to Live Ventures Incorporated (the “Company”) of his intent to resign as Chief Operating Officer of the Company effective May 3, 2024. Mr. Althofer will remain with the Company in his capacity as Managing Director (Finance) and will be a strategic advisor to the Company.
