Results of Operations and Financial Condition. |
On September 10, 2020, RF Industries, Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing information regarding the Company’s financial results for the third quarter of fiscal 2020 and the nine-month period ended July 31, 2020. A copy of the press release is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
