U.S. Bank Trust National Association, as Trustee for the STRATS(SM) TRUST FOR GENERAL ELECTRIC CAPITAL CORPORATION SECURITIES, SERIES 2004-15, hereby gives notice with respect to the Final Distribution Date of September 15, 2014 (the "Final Distribution Date") as follows:

1.	The amount received from the Swap Counterparty on the Distribution Date was $43,355.00 and was distributed to Certificateholders as interest.

2.	The amount of the distribution payable to the Certificateholders on the Distribution Date allocable to principal and premium, if any, and interest, expressed as a dollar amount per $1000 Certificate is set forth below:
