Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers

TreeHouse Foods, Inc. today announced that Dean General, Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, is leaving the company, effective January 1, 2021, to pursue other opportunities. Kevin Jackson, Senior Vice President and President, Snacking & Beverages division, has assumed Mr. General’s commercial responsibilities for an interim period.
