On January 20, 2020, and January 23, 2020, Ms. Miri Naveh and Ms. Irit Ben-Ami, respectively, informed Nano Dimension Ltd. (the “Company”) of their immediate resignation as a members of the Company’s Board of Directors. Ms. Naveh’s and Ms. Ben-Ami’s resignations were not a result of any disagreement with the Company or its management.
