Item 1. Description of Registrant’s Securities to be Registered
For a description of the securities of A10 Networks, Inc. (the “Registrant”) being registered hereunder (the “Securities”), reference is made to the information set forth under the heading “Description Of Capital Stock” contained in the Registrant’s registration statement on Form S-1 (File No. 333-194015), as initially filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) on February 18, 2014, as amended from time to time (the “Registration Statement”), and is incorporated herein by reference. In addition, a description of the Securities will be included in the prospectus to be filed separately by the Registrant with the Commission pursuant to Rule 424(b) under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, relating to the Registration Statement, which prospectus shall be deemed to be incorporated by reference herein.
The Securities have been approved for listing on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “ATEN.”
