Note 1: Earnings for the nine months ended December 31, 2017, the years ended March 31, 2017, 2016, 2015 and 2014, the three month transition period ended March 31, 2013 and the nine months ended December 31, 2012 were insufficient to cover fixed charges by $27.3, $38.4, $38.5, $30.0, $25.8, $16.0, and $6.5 million, respectively.
