Regulation FD Disclosure.

On June 8, 2020, David Jukes, President and Chief Executive Officer of Univar Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”), will participate in a virtual “fireside chat” at the Exane BNP Paribas European CEO Conference. The virtual fireside chat may include a discussion of the Company’s business, financial performance and forward-looking information.

The virtual fireside chat is scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m. CT on June 8. A live audio webcast will be available on the Company’s website at www.univarsolutions.com/investors and archived for replay.
