As you have no doubt seen, colleagues throughout the Company are responding calmly and effectively to the crisis, and we’re maintaining uninterrupted service to the public at this critical time with remarkable journalism that should make us all very proud.
In terms of your health and safety, we’re continuing to update information on the Coronavirus Information Hub and encourage you to visit the site frequently. You can expect to hear more updates from A.G. and me on this topic in the coming days.
This year, The New York Times Company is again making its Annual Report and Proxy Statement available to you electronically, including to those of you who are participants in the Company’s equity plans.
If you are a shareholder of our Company, you will separately receive these materials, with instructions on how to vote your shares. If your shares are held in multiple accounts, you may receive more than one set of materials, with different control numbers to be used for voting purposes.
