Special Unitholder Meeting Notice
The Calumet Specialty Products Partners, L.P. Special Meeting of Unitholders will be held on February 16, 2022 at the Courtyard
by Marriott, 6315 Crawfordsville Rd., Indianapolis, IN46224, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time. If you plan to attend the special meeting, please refer to the instructions in the proxy statement.
Proposals to be voted on at the meeting are listed below along with the Board of Directors’ recommendations. The Board of Directors recommend a vote FOR Proposals 1 and 2
1. Proposal to approve an amendment to the Calumet GP, LLC Amended and Restated Long-Term Incentive Plan to increase the number of common
units that may be delivered pursuant to awards under such plan by 1,400,000 common units to an aggregate of 5,283,960 common units
2. Proposal to approve the adjournment of the special meeting to a later date or dates, if deemed necessary or appropriate to solicit additional proxies if there are not sufficient votes at the time of the special meeting to approve Proposal 1
