Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Officers; Appointments of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements
of Certain Officers.
On April 20, 2021, the Board of Directors of Nicolet Bankshares, Inc. ("Nicolet") named Mike Daniels as President and Chief Executive Officer and Bob Atwell as Executive Chairman. In connection with these title changes, Daniels will no longer hold the title of Executive Vice President and Secretary and Atwell will no longer hold the title of President or Chief Executive Officer. At the operating subsidiary, Nicolet National Bank, their titles are unchanged, Atwell will continue as Chairman, and Daniels as President and Chief Executive Officer. Additional information regarding Daniels and Atwell can be found in Nicolet’s proxy statement for its 2021 annual meeting of shareholders, which was filed with the SEC on March 2, 2021
