Other Events.

On March 25, 2020, Radian Group Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing recent actions in response to COVID-19, including suspension of share repurchases, alignment with Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac temporary origination and servicing guidelines and work-from-home business continuity policies.
A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
