GAAP to non - GAAP reconciliation 25 (1) Includes $1.5 million, $1.9 million, $1.9 million, $1.9 million and $2.9 million respectively, in cost of revenues for the pe rio ds presented. The mandatory deemed repatriation of unr emitted foreign earnings resulted in an estimated charge of $3.7 million in the second quarter, no change in the third quarter, a benefit of $8.5 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2018, and an estimate d c harge of $2.3 million in the first quarter of fiscal year 2019. The corporate rate reduction resulted in a remeasurement of our deferred tax assets of $2.5 million in the second quarter, $1.6 million in the third quart er, and $1.4 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2018. (5) In the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2018, this represents the benefit to income tax expense due to the partial release of a val uation allowance as a result of an acquisition. In the first quarter of fiscal year 2019, this represents the charge to income tax expense due to the increase of a valuation allowance as a result of an acquisition.
