Item 5.02.Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Effective May 20, 2021, Brian F. Sullivan stepped down from the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Entegris, Inc. (the "Company") to further focus on other business matters. Mr. Sullivan served on the Board and various
Board committees of the Company or those of a predecessor public company for nearly 18 years, and this decision is not a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies, or practices. The Company and the Board thank Mr. Sullivan for his many contributions during his tenure. In connection with the foregoing, the Company intends to reduce the size of the Board from ten to nine directors.
