Due to the Company’s efforts to resolve certain accounting issues relating to certain transactions consummated on October 2, 2013, the Company has been unable to complete, within the prescribed time period, its Annual Report on Form 10-K for its fiscal year ended June 30, 2014.  The Company was unable to eliminate this reason without unreasonable effort or expense.  The Company anticipates it will file the Form 10-K on or before October 14, 2014.
