On April 27, 2023, S&P Global Inc. (the “Registrant”) issued an earnings release containing a discussion of the
Registrant’s results of operations and financial condition for the first quarter ended March 31, 2023, as well as certain guidance for 2023.
The earnings release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference in this Item 2.02 and Item 7.01. The supplemental unaudited pro forma combined company financial information for each of the four quarters and full year ended 2021 and the three months ended March 31, 2022 is attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference in this Item 2.02 and Item 7.01. Pursuant to general instruction B.2 to Form 8-K, the
