On August 2, 2022, S&P Global Inc. (the “Registrant”) issued an earnings release containing a discussion of the
Registrant’s results of operations and financial condition for the second quarter ended June 30, 2022, as well as certain guidance for 2022.
The earnings release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference in this Item 2.02 and Item 7.01. The supplemental unaudited pro forma combined company financial information for each of the four quarters and full year 2021 is attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference in this Item 2.02 and Item 7.01.
