On February 9, 2024, AMETEK, Inc. issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has approved a 12% increase in its quarterly cash dividend on its common stock to $0.28 per share from $0.25 per share. A copy of the release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is hereby incorporated by reference in this Form 8-K.
