Item 8.01 Other Events.
On April 15, 2024, Group 1 Automotive, Inc., a Delaware corporation, announced the expansion of its U.K. operations with the acquisition of 54 dealership locations
across England and Wales from a subsidiary of Inchcape plc for approximately $439 million in an all-cash transaction. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2024.
