OTHER EVENTS.
On March
18, 2024, Columbus McKinnon Corporation (the Company) announced that its Board of Directors declared and approved a dividend of $0.07 per common share. The dividend will be payable on or about May 13, 2024 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 3, 2024.
