Regulation FD Disclosure
As previously announced on May 11, 2021, growth of U.S. QuickBooks Online new customer acquisition is above pre-pandemic levels. On June 14, 2021, Intuit disclosed that for the 9 months ended April 30, 2021, QuickBooks Online new customer acquisition in the U.S., excluding QuickBooks Self-Employed, grew more than
25% year-over-year.
