On September 1, 2022, the Board of Directors
of Allegro MicroSystems, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Michael C. Doogue, the Company’s Senior Vice President of Technology and Products, to the new role of Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer, effective September 1, 2022. Mr. Doogue has served as Senior Vice President of Technology and Products since 2019, and he has held progressive engineering and executive leadership roles at the Company since joining in 1998.
