Item 8.01. Other Events
On March 20, 2024, Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it had reached an agreement to acquire Harvey Building Products, a manufacturer of high-performing
windows and doors, which was entered into on March 15, 2024. The closing of the transaction is subject to regulatory approval and customary closing conditions. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2024.
