Regulation FD
On April
17, 2024, Synovus Financial Corp. (the “Company”) announced its financial results for the three month period ended March 31, 2024 and hosted an investor conference call to discuss those results on April 18, 2024, which was made available to the public via webcast. Due to the webcast vendor's technical difficulties, portions of the call were not available via the live webcast. The Company has made an audio replay of the complete call available on the Company’s website at investor.synovus.com/event, which will be archived for 12 months.
