Item 8.01. Other Events
CMG Holdings Group Inc. CMGO announces the purchase of 1.0 million shares of it's common stock in open market transactions at an average price of .00597. The shares will be retired to treasury. To date the company has bought in excess of 9.6 million shares under it's 2019 board approved resolution to repurchase up to 100 million shares. Management believes the shares to be significantly under valued.
Separately the company is providing an investor summary to update investors.
