On February 14, 2024, Ann Fandozzi notified the
board of directors of Trimble Inc. (the “Board”) that she will be resigning from the Board, effective February 14, 2024. Ms. Fandozzi is resigning so that she can spend more time in her new role as CEO of Convergint, which was announced by Convergint earlier this week.
