ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE.
Representatives of WEC Energy Group, Inc. (“WEC Energy Group”) will be participating in upcoming meetings with investors. Attached as Exhibit 99.1 are the presentation slides to be used at such meetings. These presentation slides include information about the recent requests filed
with the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin by WEC Energy Group’s Wisconsin utility subsidiaries – Wisconsin Electric Power Company, Wisconsin Gas LLC and Wisconsin Public Service Corporation – on April 12, 2024, to set customer rates for electric and natural gas for 2025 and 2026. Wisconsin Electric’s filing also includes a request to set rates for steam.
