As previously disclosed, on June 1, 2022, Levi Strauss & Co. (the “Company”) will host its Investor Day beginning at approximately 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time. In connection with Investor Day, the Company issued a press release. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
The Company’s Investor Day is expected to begin at approximately 12:00 p.m. Eastern
Time and conclude by 3:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
