Terex Corporation (“Terex”) issued a press release on April 29, 2021, in which Terex provided certain first quarter 2021 financial results. A copy of this press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.

Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

Terex will host a conference call on Friday, April 30, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time to review its first quarter 2021 financial results.
