7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On iSeptember 22, 2022, Crystal Lail, vice president and chief financial officer, Travis Meyer, director corporate finance and investor relations officer, and Tory Payne, corporate financial analyst, of NorthWestern Corporation d/b/a NorthWestern Energy (Nasdaq: NWE) (the “Company”) will be participating in the Sidoti Small-Cap Virtual Conference and presenting to and meeting with existing and potential investors. During the presentations
and meetings, they will be providing certain information concerning the Company in a slide presentation and will be reaffirming the Company's 2022 non-GAAP earnings guidance range of $3.20 to $3.40 per diluted share.
