Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On iFebruary 28,
2024, the Company announced that its Board of Directors had declared a cash dividend of $0.10 per share on the outstanding shares of Class A common stock. The dividend is payable on April 11, 2024, to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 20, 2024. The Board also approved a proportional distribution to SFS Corp., of $150.2 million which is payable on or about April 11, 2024. To the extent required by law, the Company will post Form 8937, with respect to the U.S. federal income tax characteristics of this dividend, to its website
at investors.uwm.com.
