On August 13, 2020, Organicell issued a press release in which it announced that it had completed an initial capital raise from Retrograde Investments LLC for the purpose of funding the costs associated with bringing current all financial audits and filings and maintaining SEC compliance.
A copy of the Company’s press release dated August 13, 2020 is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
