On August 4, 2022, Acushnet Holdings Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s results of operations for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
