Item 8.01. Other Events.

On July 29, 2021, Nexstar Media Group, Inc. issued a press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit No. 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein, announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.70 per share on its outstanding Class A Common Stock. The dividend is payable on August 27, 2021 to stockholders of record on August 13, 2021.
