OTHER EVENTS
On May 1, 2024, Knight-Swift Transportation Holdings Inc. (the "Company") announced that on April 30, 2024 its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.16 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable to the Company's stockholders of record as of June 10, 2024, and is expected to be paid on June 24, 2024.
