Events.
On
August 22, 2019, Liberated Syndication Inc, a Nevada corporation
(the “Company”) received certification of a request
(the “Meeting Request”) by the holders of greater than
25% of its outstanding shares of common stock to hold a special
meeting of stockholders. The Company plans to call such special
meeting within the time period and in the manner provided for in
its amended by-laws and consistent with the Meeting
Request.
