On August 30, 2022, Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company (“HPE” or "Hewlett Packard Enterprise") issued a press release relating to segment results for its fiscal quarter ended July 31, 2022. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

Item 7.01Regulation FD Disclosure.
HPE is also announcing a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share, the fourth in Hewlett Packard Enterprise's fiscal year 2022, payable on or about October 7, 2022, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 12, 2022. Each quarterly dividend must be declared by the Board of Directors out of legally available sources prior to payment.
