On February 29, 2024, Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company (“HPE” or "Hewlett Packard Enterprise") issued a press release relating to its results of operations for its fiscal quarter ended January 31, 2024. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

Item 7.01Regulation FD Disclosure.
HPE is also announcing a quarterly dividend of $0.13 per share, the second in Hewlett Packard Enterprise's fiscal year 2024, payable on or about April 12, 2024, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 15, 2024. Each quarterly dividend must be declared by the Board of Directors out of legally available sources prior to payment.
