Item 8.01 Other Events.

On February 10, 2023, Park City Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release to announce the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.015 per share of the Company's common stock, par value $0.01 per share, payable on February 21, 2023 to stockholders of record on February 15, 2023. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
