On May 3, 2023, F&G Annuities & Life, Inc. (the "Company", “F&G”) issued an earnings release announcing its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2023. In addition, the Company is furnishing the quarterly financial supplement as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

May 3, 2023, the Company issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share of common stock The dividend will be payable June 30, 2023, to stockholders of record as of June 16, 2023.
