On May 5, 2021, the Board of Directors of The Aaron's Company, Inc. (the “Company”) declared a second quarter cash dividend of $0.10 per share on the Company's common
stock. The dividend will be paid on July 6, 2021 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 17, 2021.
