On August 15, 2018, Quantum Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting that it
has received a five-month extension for continued listing and trading of Quantum’s common stock on the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”), from August 15, 2018 to January 15, 2019. The extension is subject to review by the NYSE on an ongoing basis.
