Item 2.02.Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On iAugust 11,
2022, Appgate, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Appgate”), issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the three and six months ended June 30, 2022. A copy of Appgate’s press release is attached hereto and furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated into this Item 2.02 by reference.
